Introduction
SeeKoin is an independent guide to the crypto faucet ecosystem and the security practices that surround it. We cover faucets, micro-wallets like FaucetPay, the scams that target faucet users, and the technical foundations that make all of it work.
We’re not an exchange. We’re not a wallet provider. We don’t sell crypto, and we don’t accept payments to recommend products. Our goal is simple: help people navigate the faucet ecosystem safely, with honest information about what works and what doesn’t.
What We Cover
Our content is organized into three main areas.
Faucets and micro-rewards
The core of what we do. We explain how faucets work, which ones still pay in 2026, how to collect rewards efficiently through FaucetPay, and how to avoid the scams that plague the ecosystem.
Start with our complete faucet hub if you’re new to the topic.
Crypto security
Faucet users handle real crypto, which means they need to understand the security basics. We cover how to check a Bitcoin address, how to spot the most common crypto scams, and what to do if you’ve been targeted.
See our crypto scams guide for the full picture.
Technical foundations
Understanding how crypto works under the hood makes you a better user. We explain concepts like Hashcash, proof of importance, and privacy coins in plain English — no jargon, no assumptions about prior knowledge.

How We Test What We Recommend
We don’t recommend faucets, wallets, or tools we haven’t verified ourselves. Here’s what that means in practice.
For faucets: We check whether the faucet is still active, whether it has a track record of paying, whether it supports FaucetPay, and whether there are recent user reports of non-payment or scams. Faucets that fail these checks are excluded from our lists.
For wallets and tools: We only recommend tools that are open-source, widely used, or backed by a reputable team. We don’t accept payment for placement.
For security advice: We rely on public reporting, official documentation, and community consensus. When there’s disagreement among experts, we say so.
What We Don’t Do
To be clear about our boundaries:
- We don’t give financial advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency.
- We don’t guarantee returns. Faucets pay very little. Anyone promising significant income from faucets is selling something.
- We don’t accept paid placements. If we recommend a product, it’s because we believe it’s useful, not because someone paid us.
- We don’t store your data. We don’t ask for your email, your wallet address, or any personal information. You can read everything on this site without creating an account.
Why We Do This
The faucet ecosystem is full of misinformation. Most guides are either outdated (written in 2017 and never updated) or written by people who are promoting their own referral links. We wanted to build something different: a guide that’s honest about what faucets actually pay, clear about the risks, and updated regularly.
If you find an error, a broken link, or a faucet that no longer pays, let us know through our contact page. We update our content regularly based on reader feedback.
